This is a crochet pattern used to make the blanket seen on Married at First Sight for Ashley Petta and Anthony D’Amico’s wedding - Season 5.

To make the blanket and get the same effect, you will need to use Bernat Blanket yarn. It is a super bulky but very soft (100% polyester) yarn that feels like chenille. It doesn’t shed at all and is machine washable. To make the same blanket that Ashley and Anthony have, you will need a size N (10mm) hook and 6 (10.5 oz big ball) skeins of the solid color (Baby Sand) and 2 (10.5 oz big ball) skeins of the contrasting color (Little Sandcastles). If you prefer a different color scheme, you can make it in other colors: some examples are 6 Dark Grey & 2 Silver Steel or 6 Purple Plum & 2 Plum Chutney -- but there are so many variations you can choose based on your own personal preference! This yarn is somewhat pricey, so look for sales and/or coupons. I have found good sales at www.michaels.com and www.joann.com. Amazon can be hit or miss.
