80(130, 160) yards of a weight 4 yarn (I used Big Twist Soft in Rose)
5.5mm hook
Tapestry needle to weave in ends

Abbreviations
Hdc: half double crochet
Inc: increase- hdc twice into the same stitch
Ch: chain
MR: magic ring
FO: fasten off
Ss: slip stitch
RS: Right Side- the side you normally see when you crochet

Notes:
Hat is worked in joined rounds, only turning when working the flat portion of the hat (making the bun holes).
Finished Measurements: Kids: 19’’ around, 7’’ tall. Adult Small: 22’’ around, 8’’ tall. Adult Large: 24’’ around, 9’’ tall.
Everyone is different and that includes the size of their head. You may need to add extra rows to your hat to get the perfect fit 
