A beautifully fluid arch motif undulates up and down the body of this simply shaped vest, which can be worn year round, alone or layered. Worked in two pieces, the front and back are nearly identical–the back is slightly longer–and facings finish the neck and armhole openings.

NOTES
Front and back are identical, except for ribbed hem, which is longer on back.

Front and back pieces are worked flat, bottom up, then blocked. Shoulders and sides are seamed, ribbed hem and armholes are left open. After seaming is complete, stitches around armhole are picked up using smaller needles and Tynd to knit a facing which is sewn down on inside of vest.

Pattern includes a selvedge stitch at each side for seaming. These stitches are included in the schematic measurements but not in the finished bust circumference above.
