Working with 1 full hank of Sexy (400yds) and 2 packets of the Sexy Minis (10 colours, 10 yds each) create a wonderful striped scarf or wrap.

Based on a classic Shetland lace pattern.

My favourite go-to lace pattern for simple knitting with great results; this simple two row pattern takes hand dyed yarns and makes them sing; uses up little bits of yarn in striping pattern for spectacular results. Or, if you have two odd hanks of hand-dye – stripe them and create a different masterpiece.

Finish the scarf/shawl with funky and colourful tassels for a more finished look that has loads of style.

Make the narrow shawl wider and shorter with more repeats. The stitch count for the wider option is included in the pattern. Do you have more yardage or colours; with a little imagination you can create your own options.
