A gem of hardy, yet delicate beauty amidst a vast rugged landscape, the city of Portland, Oregon embodies paradox, the interplay between old and new, and the humanness that exists between contrasts. Known as the City of Roses because of how beautifully the non-native rosebush first bloomed in the Willamette Valley in the 19th century, Portland also holds strongly to its forestry and pioneer roots. The iconic Paul Bunyan in his buffalo plaid often appears in local imagery, including a regal, 31-foot statue at the helm of the historic Kenton neighborhood.

The Buffalo Rose colorwork motif features classic buffalo plaid with an overlay of roses in full bloom, a dance between hard and soft lines, structure and flow. Buffalo Rose Tee is the first in a series featuring this striking motif, an homage to the character and history of Portland; the simple, relaxed raglan fit is a casual welcoming of spring… just in time to watch the roses bloom.

SIZING
1, 2, 3, (4, 5, 6), ((7, 8, 9))

Garment bust measurement:
33, 38.5, 44, (44, 49.5, 55), ((55, 60.5, 66))”/ 82.5, 96, 110, (110, 124, 137.5), ((137.5, 151.5, 165)) cm

Suggested fit is 2-5” positive ease at bust. Sample is size 3 modeled on 36.5” upper torso with 5” positive ease.
