The quickest, most versatile knit on your list! This one-by-one ribbed cowl is simply that, with a slip stitch edge. You may do a provisional cast on if you like, but we usually do a seam.

We love that you can use either a 15 or 17 needle, and that many yarn choices are possible! Since most super bulky skeins don’t have much yardage, this project only needs 8o yards, keeping the price down and the knitting speed up!
