The Bumble Bee headband is an easy pattern for new knitters interested in expanding their skills with stranded colorwork techniques and knitting in the round.

I designed this pattern because I love just adore bumblebees! They are so cute and essential to the environment. I had the pleasure of designing and knitting this headband with the company of my Bearded Dragon, Priscilla. Her love of bugs and my love of yarn created this pattern. I hope you enjoy this pattern as much as I loved designing it!

This headband functions as an ear warmer for those cold wintry nights as well as a wondrously cozy gift for loved ones. This headband is also great for camping, hiking, or even skiing.

This pattern comes with a colorwork chart and step-by-step instructions. The headband/ ear warmer is knit in the round on circular knitting needles.

Pattern Details Include:

Width: 11” (of headband laying flat and blocked)
Height: 4” (of headband laying flat and blocked)
Any worsted weight yarn
US size 8 (5mm) circular knitting needles

This pattern can fit head circumferences from 20-23” (53-60cm)
