I first saw this project on a Facebook ad, but currently I am unable to find the pattern to buy it. So I decided to make a version of my own. Since the idea is not mine to begin with, I’m posting this as a free pattern, offered as is.

This version that you are downloading off Ravelry is one that I have devised myself by looking at a photo (taken from only one angle) of a completed project, and I have not seen the original designer’s instructions at all. I’m not making any money off this. I have strived to always keep my patterns on Ravelry free, and I have no plans to charge for them.

• Stitches used: slst, dc, inv dec, htr, tr, magic ring

You can use any 8ply yarn to make this, as long as you use a smaller needle than recommended, and keep your tension tight as with any amigurumi.

If you’re in a slightly more morose mood, or are mad at someone, you can crochet a stockpot instead of a flowerpot. Alex Forrest would be proud.
