Have some forest ambiance on your socks!

Bunny in the Woods socks feature a cute bunny and three spruce trees on the leg and bunny footprints on the foot of the sock. The bunny, the spruce trees and footprints are knitted in ‘double purl stitches’ as guided in the pattern.

The socks are knitted in the round from the cuff down. The cuffs are knitted in 1 twisted knit, 3 purl rib. The socks feature a reinforced French heel.

For the bunny, the spruce trees and the bunny footprints, there are only charted instructions, no written, row-by-row instructions.

Techniques

Old Norwegian cast-on / German Twisted cast-on is recommended to be used as the cast-on method. The last stiches of the foot are bound off using Kitchener stitch.

The pattern includes links to tutorials covering all the techniques needed or the technique is explained in detail in the pattern.
