This wreath is a fun cute knit to decorate your home for springtime holidays. Featuring a bunny viewed from behind with a big fuzzy pompom tail, and decorated with a variety of colourful eggs.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the wreath is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round), but you could knit the bunny and eggs in the round if you prefer and know how to convert patterns. The wreath itself is a 25cm polystyrene form which is covered in a strip of knitting; wreaths such as these are available from most craft stores or florists.

A pair of 3mm straight single pointed knitting needles (US 2.5)

Deramores Studio Anti-Pilling DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 50g/125m skein in each colour

A 3mm (US D/3) crochet hook to crochet a single chain to make the hanging loop
A 25cm diameter flat back polystyrene wreath ring
Several large handfuls of toy filling
Strong fabric glue

One size only - 25cm diameter wreath

For confident beginners and above, techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish. The pattern also incorporates a provisional cast on and Kitchener stitch.
