This is a “knit-your-own-ending” pattern! You decide what toppings your hamburger or cheeseburger booties will have. :)

These are fiddly but lots of fun to make and come together quite quickly! The inner ribbed cuff helps them fit snugly on little feet. There are directions for 5 sizes (newborn to 18 months) and these make perfect new baby, shower, birthday, or holiday gifts.

Finished Sizes & Measurements:
Extra small, (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large)
Finished sole length approximately:
2.5 (3, 3.25, 3.5, 4)” | 6.5 (7.5, 8, 9, 10) cm
Size will vary according to yarn selection and personal gauge.

Materials:
--Fingering weight/sock yarn: approx. 20-40g (you’ll only need 1-2g of contrast colours for the burger and each of the toppings you choose)
--US #1 | 2.25 mm needles OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE
--Tapestry needle
--Stitch markers

Gauge:
Gauge is not critical, but it will affect the finished size of the booties. You are aiming for a fairly dense, rather than a loose, knitted fabric.
Approx. 32 sts = 4” | 10 cm in stockinette stitch.
