This fun little bee is a quick and easy pattern to work up and should take roughly one to two hours to complete. The design was inspired by the return of the bees this spring.
Ideally you should use a 100% cotton yarn, I use Lily Sugar n’ Cream yarn, I’ve also used homespun cotton yarn. It would be great for a gift idea. I have also used red heart super saver yarn to make a blanket square.
The pattern is written and includes a chart. It is a one color pattern, however, I used colors in the chart rather than symbols because I find it easier to see. There is a chart key below the chart.
