Yarn weight recommended:
For fuller, fluffy feel 4/worsted, 5mm hook
For more traditional mosaic, tighter feel 3/DK, 4mm hook

My new sample (in teal) was done with 3/DK yarn and 4mm hook, and measures 45” x 56” (no border). I used about 1350yds in Premier anti-pilling worsted (which is like most brands’ 3/DK weight btw) in “Sky Tones” with 900 yds black and 150yds in white for the tapestry bits.
