This is the pattern for a butterfly appliqué. I do have this pattern available for free on my website if you would prefer that option. The link is down below, but I’ve made it available for people to download as well for $1 on Ravelry.

I’ve used 4 ply cotton and a 1.25mm crochet hook but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

• Crochet cotton or wool, I used 7 colors of 4 ply crochet cotton.

• A crochet hook, I used a 1.25mm hook.

• Scissors.

• Darning needle to weave in ends.

• Sewing needle and black cotton to sew upper body onto body.
