Butterfly Effect Baby Blanket
Delicate, calming and wonderfully satisfying to knit, the Butterfly Effect Baby Blanket is one of those projects that looks far more intricate than it really is.
Sweet butterfly motifs flutter across the blanket, framed by a pretty eyelet edging that gives the finished piece a light and delicate feel. The stitch pattern is surprisingly easy, with a soothing repetition that quickly becomes intuitive and easy to memorise. Perfect for relaxed, mindful knitting.
The blanket measures 70 x 95 cm, but the size can easily be adjusted to suit your needs. Designed in sport weight yarn, the sample was knitted in a beautifully soft blend of merino wool, cashmere and acrylic, making it wonderfully cosy and gentle for a little one.
A charming baby blanket with just the right balance of simplicity and detail and a little flutter of magic in every row.
