This shawl is a basic triangle with a lovely, easy-to-work entrelac edging that turns a simple top down shawl into a show piece.

The Alpaca Yarn Company: ASTRAL - 30% alpaca, 20% merino wool, 50% tencel, 3.5 oz (100 g) hank = 197 yds.

Purple version SHOWN IN:
(MC) #8778 Virgo, (A) #8779 Libra, (B) #8995 Shooting Star, (C) #8641 Pavo. 1 hank each color

Yardage:
MC - 197yds approx.
Entrelac stripes:
Color A - 125yds approx.

Gauge:
16 sts per 4” in Stockinette St.

While the gauge is not critical for fit, this shawl uses all but a few yards of the MC skein, please check gauge to assure you will not run out or purchase a second skein.
