Crochet yourself this cute buttoned headband, cowl set using an easy knit-look stitch pattern. I designed the headband with a few buttonholes, making it adjustable to fit any size head. The knit-look stitch pattern creates a nice thick fabric, great for keeping out the cold. Use any worsted or chunky yarn in your favorite color, and just add large, decorative buttons to give it your own personal style.

Yarn: any worsted or bulky/chunky yarn. White headband/cowl is Mary Maxim Starlette: 1 ball 180yds (165m); purple/dark pink headband is Bouquet Nantuk Sayelle worsted yarn: 1-50g ball (headband only); pinkish/purplish headbands are bulky/chunky yarns from my stash.

Pattern skill level: easy, beginner. The pattern uses chain, sc, and HDC stitches.
