About: As our healthcare and other essential workers are on the front lines helping to keep us safe and healthy, they are having to wear masks that loop around their ears for hours at a time. These little ear savers allow the elastic to be looped around them instead of ears, giving some relief to anyone wearing a mask, and also helping hold masks in place for smaller heads. I was having problems finding buttons big enough to hold the mask elastics well, so I came up with a design that didn’t need buttons, and was crocheted all in one piece, so no sewing things together afterwards! Made from 100% cotton, they can be washed and sanitized at high temperatures.
