To make this blanket design it would be useful to have several bobbin, this will help a lot, at some point you will have several pieces of yarn attached to make the design
Each c2c square = ch2, 3 tr (UK) ch2, 3 dc (US) terminology

Please read all the pattern especially the notes, this will help to prepare for making the blanket.

You will require 19 skeins in total (12 of main colour, 7 for the star)
1 skein = 214 yards
