ABOUT
A cozy DK slipper sock with a folded cuff. Indulge in a quick knit with engaging construction. The cuff is knit flat in rows before being folded and turned sideways. The cuff remains very stretchy and easy to slip on and off. Knit in DK, these socks work up quickly and easily. The heel details are easy to work but result in a satisfying texture.

YARN REQUIREMENTS
These are approximations based on test knitting, your yardage will depend on your gauge, size and yarn chosen

DK Weight Yarn
260 (300) 360 (420) yards
240 (275) 330 (385) meters

SUGGESTED NEEDLES
3.25 mm (US SIZE 3) circular needles for Magic Loop
use size needed to obtain gauge
+ PLUS a spare needle of the same size or smaller

NOTIONS
darning needle, to weave in ends
two stitch markers, to mark beginning of round
scissors, or other tool for breaking the yarn
optional: sock blockers and/or preferred blocking tools

Depending on how you prefer to perform a Provisional Cast-On, you may need extra tools such as a crochet hook and scrap yarn. I personally do a provisional cast-on onto a spare cable (this saves a step later on, but can be fiddly).

GAUGE
26 stitches x 34 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm square

Kitchener Stitch for closing toe
Picking Up Stitches
