I was inspired by my cable bonnet to make it into a beanie and decided to try the braided cable too! So you get 2 patterns in 1 for FREE! With a Video Tutorial!!!! What do I ask in return? I would looove if you were to follow my Instagram: @theiknits  please!

  • NOTES This hat is knitted in the round, from the bottom-up. Optional: You can add a ribbing of your choice (I like K1, P1) for 4-5 rnds using the smaller size needles and then start the pattern with the larger size needles and knit 1 less cable repeat.

  • Available in sizes: Adult. For a smaller size, I would suggest using size 5 bulky yarn. Even smaller, decrease your needle size. Watch my video tutorial for additional help.
