This statement bolero is worked in the round from the turtleneck collar down to the upper chest. It is then divided into Left and Right halves, which are worked flat down each arm to form the sleeves. Finally, the sleeve underarm seams are sewn, and cuff ribbing/ruffles are completed.

For the main cable pattern, instructions are given for odd-numbered rows only. On even-numbered rows, work the stitches as they appear, following the instructions provided.
