Yarn:
1 - 100 gm ball of medium weight #4 in each of main and contrast colours.
(Sample is knit in Patons Classic Wool Worsted Bright Red & Grey Marl)

Needles: 3 - Straight 4.5mm needles; 4 - dpn 4.5mm needles;
1 – circular 4.5mm needle

Skill Level: Intermediate - advanced

Other Supplies: 6 Buttons (optional)

Skills Required: Provisional Cast, Cables, 3 Needle Cast off, Purl, Knit

Abbreviations:
K - Knit
C4F - Slip next 2 sts onto a cable needle and hold in front of work, K next 2 sts from left hand needle, K the 2 sts from the cable needle
C4B - Slip next 2 sts onto a cable needle and hold in back of work, K next 2 sts from left hand needle, K the 2 sts from the cable needle
P - Purl
Sl1 - Slip 1 st
Kw - Knitways
Pw - Purlways

Finished Measurements:
Hat: Circumference – 55 cm
Height from brim to crown – 20 cm
Wristwarmers: Circumference – 20 cm
Length – 19 cm
