This pattern can be adjusted for different fits using US7 - US9 circular needles. I included images of finished hats using US7 and US9 needles but otherwise following the same pattern (118 stitches).

You will also need a cable needle and stitch markers. I tested the pattern a few times and think I have the pattern down correctly. If you notice any problems, please let me know.
