One of my goals for bargello knitting was to make it as approachable as possible to the widest variety of knitters. An afghan or throw was a must-have project. The wrap design came much later, not just because I wanted to work with the scrumptious yarns again, but also because the wide columns became a blank canvas for an interesting stitch pattern.

Pattern notes
This project is wide with 15 bargello segments. Knitting in both directions is very helpful for this project. If you decide to split it up into sections with waste yarn selvedges and link the sections together, do a provisional cast on for each section. After linking the sections together, pick up the live sts and work the garter stitch border.
