The sweater lengths are 14(16,19)“. Yardage required for each size: 440(600,765) yds. (Pattern does not offer meterage amounts.)

The style is a loose-fitting Aran pullover with three large ‘raised’ hearts (hearts in Stockinette stitch against a seed stitch background) in a center column, with a column of X’s and O’s on either side.

The pattern calls for two pairs of straight needles, sizes US 7/4.5 mm and US 9/5.5 mm, or size to obtain gauge. It also calls for a US 7/4.5 mm circular needle 16”/40 cm long, though the actual instructions do not mention switching to or from a circular needle.

The original yarn used in this pattern is discontinued. It was a bulky weight singleply wool.
