Cabobobble napkin rings by woollen wave

Cabobobble napkin rings

These stretchy, cabled napkin rings fit around a rolled napkin. They’re a fairly quick knit. If knitting the bobble edges is too slow for you, replace them with two or three rows of K1P1 ribbing, in which case, they’re very speedy.
I sew a button in the middle of each one. When lots of people come to stay, you can tie little named luggage tags onto the buttons. That way, people can re-use their own napkins a few times, so there’s less laundry to do.
I used Jamieson’s spindrift fine 4-ply but I think these could work in lots of different yarns.
