Named for the lovely red rose “Cadenza” as well as for the musical meaning of the word. This headband only has 4 rows…and only 2 rows for the cute Rosette flower!

MATERIALS: worsted weight yarn & 5mm hook; yarn needle/bodkin
ABBREVIATIONS: CANADIAN/US TERMS USED sc = single crochet; ch = chain; sl st = slip stitch

It begins with the chainless foundation slip stitch. There are excellent photo and video tutorials of how to do the different chainless foundations online. If you want to, you can start with an ordinary chain stitch and a row of single crochet--but if you do, make sure you keep the chain a little loose so it can stretch a little.

As usual….if you need any help with the pattern, find any errors, would like to comment, etc., please get in touch here on Ravelry, on my blog, or on Facebook. You are welcome to post photos of your finished headbands on my Facebook page!
