Yarn: TOFT DK - 50g of DK yarn in your choice of main colour (shown here in Black) 25g of contrast colour (shown here in Cream), and 25g of contrast colour two (shown here in Yellow).

Hook: 3mm Crochet Hook

Notions: A handful of toy stuffing, tapestry needle, black wool for the eyes, and some scrap yarn to use as a stitch marker.
