These mitts fit an average ladies’ hand size. The size can be adjusted by playing around with the gauge. The easy all-over lace pattern and DK weight yarn will give you a lovely pair of mitts that’s fairly quick to knit. Make a pair for a gift, and one for yourself!

I used almost all of one skein of Sublime Cashmere Merino Silk DK. I had about a yard left -- it was close! If this is an issue for you as well, I suggest saving both thumbs to work last. Divide the remaining yarn into two balls and finish up with what you have, adjusting the thumb length to suit.

I have enjoyed all the free projects on Ravelry, and this is my way to say thanks to all those generous designers out there.
