I love Rowan Lima and I love knitting cowls so it was a no brainer to combine the 2 together. This is the second of two cowl patterns that use Rowan Lima. Both are simple to knit and would be ideal first knitting in the round projects.

The finished cowl can be pulled up over your ears, puddled down below your chin, folded in half or even rolled into a collar! The size will give a comfortable fit for both men and women.

Skill Level:
Advanced beginner.
The pattern is written in a line by line format. Skills needed are casting on, knitting in the round, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and binding off.

Finished Size:
52cm circumference (but with some stretch) x 24cm high, approx.

Supplies:
50cm 5.5mm circular needles, or size needed to get gauge.
Stitch marker (optional).
Darning needle to sew in ends.
160m+ Rowan Lima

Tension:
20 stitches and 26 rows = 10cm, in stocking stitch.

Now for the the boring bit.
