This is a an easy project for a beginner, requiring only a few simple stitches, whilst at the same time having enough variety in it to keep a more confident crocheter interested.

The finished cowl, crocheted in Cascade 220 Heathers 100% peruvian highland wool, is snug and toasty to wear.

The pattern name is inspired by the latin word for common heather, Calunna Vulgaris.

This pattern is rated BEGINNER level and is written in UK terms.

All my patterns are thoroughly tested before publishing, but I am available on Ravelry to answer any questions you may have.

Available in both UK and US terms

Happy hooking,

Marta xx
