A basic model with a very simple construction suitable for those attempting a vest made with cir- cular needles for the first time! It allows experimentation with various knitting basics: tubular cast on and bind off, picking up stitches for borders, three-needle bind off.
It is worked entirely in stockinette stitch, with 2x2 rib borders and a hint of Fair Isle colorwork: once the body is finished the vest is divided between front and back to continue working and the borders for armholes and neckline are made afterwards.

The finished garment corresponds to a size M and has a regular fit.
