Cameo hat is a ribbed hat that features the same easy to work graphic cable as the StanLee cardigan. It’s slightly slouchy for a modern fit and works up quickly in Aran weight.

I had a lot of fun naming this pattern after I ran a naming giveaway, with so many suggestions, it was hard to choose but…I think Cameo is a perfect name, and do I need to explain why? Thank you Stan!

MEASUREMENTS
The hat is very stretchy and will accommodate 20-22” head circumference.
Height: 9”

YARN
You will need roughly 150 yards of Aran weight yarn.

NEEDLES
US#6/4.00mm - 16”/40cm circular needles
US#7/4.5mm - 16”/40cm circular needles and DPNs

TOOLS
Two markers, cable and tapestry needle.

GAUGE
18 sts/24 rows per 4” square using US#7/4.50mm needles or size to obtain gauge
