All of your scrap yarns (the fiber doesn’t matter although I’d suggest sticking to similar materials for one sweater).

Tips on choosing the right yarn

The yarn for this sweater is held double. This makes it much easier to combine different yarns so all your scrap yarn can be used up.

I suggest these options:

  • 2 strands of fingering/sport yarn
  • 1 strand of DK yarn + 1 strand of fingering yarn
  • 1 strand of worsted yarn

If some yarn combinations turn out to be thinner than other ones, don’t worry, it won’t be noticeable.
