The Camp Loopy Bunting pattern was designed to celebrate The Loopy Ewe’s Camp Loopy 2011, a summer of knitting projects. The flags are great for all kinds of celebrations (seasons, holidays, birthdays) and can be hung on mantels, walls, fences, lights, and shelves.

The rope part is done in simple crochet, and then you will pick up stitches from the rope to start the flags. I knit this with space in between the flags (so that I could loop it behind fence posts) but you can easily delete the spacing between flags, if you want a continuous line-up.

To make two ropes with 5 flags on each rope, you’ll need approx. 400 - 450 yds. I made mine in 3 colors and used about 150 yds. per color.

Quick, easy and fun. Enjoy!
