Songdo Canal Walk is a dynamically textured mixed-use destination that stitches together the business and residential
neighborhoods of the KOHN PEDERSEN FOX ASSOCIATES master-planned Songdo International Business District.
The site encourages pedestrian flow by protecting people from traffic and noise with its open-court walkway.
I designed these socks thinking about the waves that run along this kilometre-long Canal.

Un’insolita passeggiata sul ponte del Songdo, in Corea, dove gli architetti Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates hanno
immaginato il Canal Walk come una serie di setti sfalsati e trasportati dalla corrente.
Il motivo ad onde caratterizza il disegno di queste calze: esse si inclinano – ora in un senso, ora in quello opposto – per
poi rituffarsi nel flusso della corrente.
