Candy Apple Square
This is a tapestry square, which is useful for almost anything. Purses, pillows, blankets, wall hanging, etc. You name it!
It is worked in 47 rows of 47 stitches.
This pattern works with any yarn type, but for the example shown, I used Big Twist Value Solids in:
Varsity Red
Light Green
Chocolate Brown
Black
One 5mm book needed
A tapestry needle to weave in your ends.
I used scrap yarn, so telling the yardage is difficult, but it’s not a large square. The finished product, according to the gauge, 17 sts x 17 sts = 4”, should be 11” x 11.“
It’s worked in only single crochet throughout, from bottom to top.
The purchase includes:
The unillustrated pattern
Tutorial on making a slip knot
Tutorial on how to do color changes
Completing this pattern requires knowing how to change different colors in a single row.
God bless. Jesus died for us, rose from the dead after three days and saves. Have a wonderful day and happy making!!
