These socks have a simple lace pattern that creates rows of candy canes– a great beginner lace pattern that’s perfect for the holidays! Knit them in a solid or have fun and add contrasting cuffs, heel & toe - or even stripes!

You want these to be a little snug to stretch out the lace and show the pattern. With no cabling to “pull in” the fabric, you may need to knit a size smaller than usual or use a smaller needle size.

There are three sizes available: Small (54 sts), Med (63 sts) and Large (72 sts)
