This scarf/shawl is worked from long edge to long edge. Using the Chinese Waitress cast-on and bind-off techniques ensures a nice finished edge along the long edges. The scarf is worked with a bias slant, using moss stitch in the body, and then a lace edging is added to each short edge at the end.

This sample uses three coordinating colors: two solids and one variegated. Feel free to play with the color combinations!
