Scattered eyelets are reminiscent of sunlight breaking through the wooded canopy of trees. A simple, linear lace at the edges mimics the numerous tassels of a pine tree. Shades of fawn, olive, and evergreen blend together harmoniously. Cape Elizabeth is worked flat in one piece, then seamed across the top edge to form a cape.
