Capeigan is a fusion between a cape and cardigan. An over-layer.
It is knit top-down with raglan-shaped sleeves, and with a volang at the neckline. In the picture it is knit with Sandess Alpaca DK and Isager silk mohair held together. Or you can choose a similar worsted yarn that has a gauge of 18sts per 10cm/4in.
It has 15-20cm/6-8 of positive ease at the bust circumference. The lower part of the bodice and the sleeve are knit in ribbing and that makes the width of the fabric more narrow, hence the range.

Yarns (approximately)held together
Sandess Alpakka DK (1001): 770(880, 990)m, 7(8, 9) skeins.
Isager Yarns Silk-mohair (0) (25g/212m): 4(5, 5) skeins.

Or any wool in DK/Worsted weight that knits up to gauge.
