This blanket has two holes for the seat belts to go through. If only one is needed the second one can easily be skipped. The seat holes help secure the blanket on the baby keeping them warm and comfy while traveling in the car.

The blanket was worked with medium 4 worsted-weight acrylic yarn and a 5.5 mm (size I) crochet hook. A stitch marker or two is helpful when working the pattern but is optional.

I designed this blanket for my cousin whose baby is due in January. We live in upstate NY and it gets cold here. This will be perfect to keep the new little one all snuggly and warm.

Happy Crocheting,
Dawn
