THE color used in the making of the original garment, from which artist Petrov made his sketch, reproduced here, was a lovely eggshell green. Materials: 9oz. 4-ply Viyella knitting wool pair each of Nos. 12 and 10 needles, 7 buttons.

Measurements: Bust 34 inches, length 20 inches, sleeve seam, with cuff turned back, 18 inches.

Tension: 6½ stitches to 1 inch.
