A beutiful and well fitted cardigan that is fun to knit and with some challenging elements.

The “cardigan side buttoned” is knitted with double strands of yarn, from the bottom ribbed edge up to the
armhole. The work is then divided into back and front pieces. The shoulders are sewn toghether using
mattress stitches. Around the armhole, stitches are picked up for the sleeves. The shoulders are shaped by
using ”German short rows” and the sleeves by using decreases. Stitches for the collar are picked up along
the edge of the neckline and knitted in rib. Stitches for the button hole band are picked up at the far left and
right front edge and knitted in rib.
