This is a crochet pattern for beginners with some experience. Great for practicing chain stitch, it grows quickly and can be made in a few evenings depending on your ‘speed’.

The finished size is approx 16” / 40cm long inc handles and 12” / 30cm at the widest point.

The tension / gauge isn’t too important in this pattern, as long as the stitches made are of an even size.

Made with a cotton / acrylic mix yarn, 100% cotton is also suitable.

Approx 158 yds / 145m of aran / worsted weight yarn are needed for this project.
