I am updating all my patterns and am making them free to download from Ravelry. However, I am happy to encourage donations for a charity close to my heart - the Macmillan Cancer Support, so please feel free to click here.

These beautiful luxurious socks, designed for my husband, are a dream to knit. The diamond relief pattern is quick and easy to remember and the ribbed back of the leg helps to keep the sock close to your leg without it being tight. As cashmere does not have a lot of memory – this certainly helps maintain the shape! The reverse stocking stitch gusset hides the decreasing and adds to the classiness of these socks.

Although the pattern has been written top down for 64sts, additional stitches could be added to the rib pattern at the back of the sock, in multiples of four. If you do this, don’t forget to make the appropriate heel and toe alterations.
