I designed this pattern, because i wanted something to wear in summer, and silk yarn is perfect for this! I like wearing shorts and vest tops, but i dont always feel comfortable in vesty tops as they tend to be very fitted around the middle. This poncho can be worn over the top, and hides anything you wish to hide, without making you feel too warm.
I have designed this as a “one-size” garment, as you can make it as long as you need to, to make sure it fits. Try it on as you go, and remember that the blocking at the end will add approx. 30% in terms of length and width.
