Deep within the night skies of Acadia, Cassiopeia resides on her throne. Gently, she shines & glimmers amongst other stars flung across the inky expanse. Tall, hulking silhouettes of mountain greet the ocean waters, midnight blue and glimmering from the low full moon. It is so low it almost grazes the water, illuminating the small islands a stone’s throw from shore. This is a place for love, expressed.

Shawl is worked in one piece from the bottom up in an increasing center panel. The yarnovers at the beginning of the rows create loops that will be worked into for the edging pick up. Work is then rotated and edges are picked up and lace edging is worked out to the edge.

Please note if you do not wetblock your swatch and work off of that gauge you will most likely go over yardage and your finished shawl will be potentially much larger than finished measurements! Please also note that due to the handspun nature of the suggested yarn, individual skein yardages will vary slightly*
