Castanyera de ganxet by Margarida Paredes

Castanyera de ganxet

This pattern is available for free.

This brooch represents a Chesnut Seller. You can find their stands on Spanish streets every Autumn, selling grilled chestnuts and sweet potatoes.

The instructions are written in catalonian (a language from Spain), but the photos shows the pattern in symbols: “o” for “chain”, “x” for single crochet, “v” for “2sc in same stitch”, and “^” for “2 stiches together”.

It is small and can be made with leftovers from other projects.
